This Europeanised version of MJ&#8217;s <a href=\"http:\/\/mjskitchen.com\/2013\/04\/green-chile-pecan-cheese-spread\/\" target=\"_blank\">Green Chile Pecan Cheese Spread<\/a>, containing Greek yogurt and walnuts instead of cream cheese and pecans, is a fantastic\u00a0treat for\u00a0a fiery food lover and the quickest thing one can do with roasted chilli at the same time.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Actually this spread was the first thing I did with my very first batch of roasted chilli (before the previously posted\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.withaglass.com\/?p=17983\" target=\"_blank\">Filo Rolls<\/a>). The choice of\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/mjskitchen.com\" target=\"_blank\">Mj&#8217;s Kitchen<\/a>\u00a0as the source of inspiration for this\u00a0first roasted chilli dish was obvious,\u00a0since, as a\u00a0highly experienced specialist of chilli\u00a0roasting and cooking, MJ has a huge choice\u00a0of related luscious looking recipes. Thanks to MJ&#8217;s encouragement I discovered\u00a0how\u00a0this simple process creates\u00a0an utterly delicious product, incredibly easy to experiment\u00a0with and will always be grateful for that.
